My Teaching Philosophy

I am not sure what my philosophy of teaching really is. I feel like from week to week, my philosophy  is changed. I really think we need to focus on students learning skills on how to progress their lives. I think that as a teacher, I need to facilitate learning, but know when to let the students guide the topic. I believe that students are a lot more capable than what we give them credit for and I would like to change that. I want to make sure that students realize that they are in charge of their life and they chose how they learn.
